So, you want to buy that house, or do you want to spec out your own house like that?

Nah I don't wanna buy that one lol. It's more that with my renovating/decorating I wanna achieve a more modern, crisp, clean and open sort of look/feel. This was the first example of my house with that sort of look that I've seen, the rest (mine included) look like neglected and tired rentals.

Most fridges that wide are two door so don't look as massive hahah

It's much more airy.

I think you will find getting rid of the yellows and sh*t warm colours will open it up more.

If that's the look you're going for then keep cool colours through out.
Make sure the grey you pick is cool and blue based not brown based.
Use white where possible.
Don't necessarily use grey on every wall.
Eg, our whole house is grey except the whole back open plan which is just going to have. Feature dark wall behind the tv, but white opens a big space even more as long as u use art to break it up.

look at the fridge in the first photo, in the second its way stretched. the photographer used a hectic wide angle lens and its distorted the sh*t outta the fridge hahah. I know this cause amateur photographer.
