We had to have the bank valuer in this morning to check it out now it's finished. Had to get inside and take pics etc, hopefully that's the last external party we need to make time for. Had the housewarming party last weekend, couple lads from here made it along. Good night once I finished running around making sure food was on etc and finally cracked a beer! 2
