May Cruise '16

Month of prep and most people are out. Cheers for putting the hand up Phil, but yeah, 2 isnt much of a cruise. 

 

Any interest in next weekend? show of hands? I can defiantly have a map going.... maybe 2 weeks so the mad Honda lover can bum a ride with someone? Open for ideas people.

 

Or how about in 4 weeks... ill be home again and everyone wants to cruise with Stockholm syndrome *glares at Steve*

Fark me. Seriously. Everyone is piking out? I wanted to go buy on this one, but the misses normally works friday graveyard shift at the hospital. She is sick today and I doubt she will go to work. This means that I could possibly make this cruise. What's happened to this place?

 

We use to have close to 14-16 cars on any given cruise. Now we can barely get 5. I might just sign up on the Expensive Daewoo forum and attend more cruises with them, even with a cracked housing.

Confusing this forum with another? or 5 years ago.... I think 8 is a great turnout these days. 

 

Less and less of us getting about, those who still have the turbo have commitments.

I refuse to cruise with defiant drivers, sounds dangerous.

 

 

 

And yeah most people with these cars have family commitments, like having to stay home on cruise night because their missus is working and they need to look after kids...or variations that rule different people out of any given time slot

Hahahaha, I have always made an effort to go out on a saturday or sunday. We seem to have lost a few along the way, that's for sure. Ninka still around?

 

I remember 3/4 years ago, we had a cruise from Forrest field up to the hills and around, which was led by stever and we had Holdens, Nissan and a territory turbo there too. That was an awesome cruise. We had 18 cars that night.

 

 

My most memorable night was chasing bogan speed around the F1 circuit. I wouldn't mind doing it again especially with the shockworks now.

 

Next weekend is out of the question for me as I am off to Melbourne for work purposes. Will be there till Wednesday.

I went for a cruise to maccas tonight.

sh*t.  Boganspeed's pulled the pin and decided to work on motorbikes instead.

 

Everyone else bailed.  

 

So, what else is there to do tonight?
