I doubt anyone here will even hit 260

im interested cause people should be able to give it far more of a bootfull when launching as I believe they can do a burnout before the run now

I will be disappointed if I don't go past 250.  I reckon I will go around 260.  Anything over is a bonus.

Also let's recall the first year WINNER, a car tuned by XFT:

1000m (by top speed)

# Top Speed (km/h) E/T (s) Vehicle Driver/Owner
1 275.51 21.083 2007 FPV F6 Typhoon Tony Locatori

IIRC it had about 600rwkw at the time, and it's a ZF auto.

Brad went 260 in a manual with 700+ XFT hp so that's what you will need aaronm.

What power you going there with? I've never even revved my car out in 5th let alone 6th but I imagine it would be pretty slow going... even 4th is slow. Measly 315rwkw though

I don't see why we wouldn't? I manage 240kph on the 1/4 mile. I agree it's a much better track but still with slicks I think it's very achievable over 1000m

^ I was referring more to the usual suspects on here. Didn't realise any of the real high power guys were going I'm sure you'll hit close to (or more than!) 270 if you're going 240 on the quarter !

Its a big jump to go from 240 to 270 on a unprepped track.

Add to the fact  your trying to peddle a car with the aero dynamics of a brick, 270 and north you will be doing well
