I think that is the power usage figure during the test.

Nvidia recommends a PSU min size of 650 watts for a GTX 690

His resolution is way higher than your screen.

I bought fallout 3, couldnt work out what the fark to do throughout it, started getting fked off, accidentally shot some person in the village then everyone in there kept killing me when I went back in. cracked the sh*ts deleted the farkin game.
