Also I noticed it works putting the tags again so I do that now.  I did find some odd behavior with pasting the direct link but it was intermittent

I also noticed an intermittent issue with the direct link pasting from imgur.

If imgur is running slow or the site is running slow, it might not work the first time, but it should show an error saying something like "there was a problem with imgur".

 

Using the "insert other media" should work in those cases where the server is slow, but nothing will work in the case where imgur is slow.

 

Pressing enter is just like space, but is a little more cumbersome, so I wouldn't recommend it over space (as a shortcut to force execution of post correction switches)
