FG MK 1, 2, FGX, BA/BF and Territory replacement ICC

Went for a cruise this arvo.
So you have to key it on before the Kayhan ICC works, no probs.
Factory you didn't but meh.

It connects to phones wifi & Bluetooth etc but when you start the car it restarts so has to reboot once your getting out the driveway.

Asides from that it's pretty responsive, would not compare it to a late tablet for speed or screen quality but a bit upgrade from stock that's for sure.

Sound seems to need a few more digits to seem loud but putting system in soonish so not fussed.

Yes, screen visibility isn't great with sun on it.

Yes, don't bother. They supply an add on dongle that plugs into the USB cable. The unit already has 2 USB cables, I'm sure that eBay would have a cheaper one.


You can use a different launcher aswell, the stock one is a disgrace.
I'm using "car launcher AGAMA" which is pretty good, very customisable.

if he made one with a smaller screen id be on it straight away, I dont want to loose the view of my gauges.

Have a look on facebook - he put up some pics with top guages. Doesnt look like it obscures the view.

I have ordered one. My guages are on the steering column though, so not worried about visibility.

This ad popped up when I was looking at this thread.  It reminded me of how my gauges would look if I installed this

that is what I worry about it looks like u can see them but only just. Might have to 3D my own custom gauge holder/raiser. How do you find peckys performance? we are moving to Darwin next year.

raising the gauges is probably a decent solution.  it only needs to be 15-20mm.  

 

Yeah Pecky's are ok.   He is a little conservative on the tunes so don't expect big numbers but they will be safe.
