Cheers - was my only real concern heading in now that the reverse camera is sorted.

Just back from getting the screen put in.

 

Extremely happy I got James to install it for me - he took a bit over an hour, but I would have taken the weekend, swore a lot and probably still had issues.

 

Haven't had a chance to play yet, but was really good being able to use TomTom GPS on the way home on the screen itself rather than need the phone.

 

Hope to get the OBDII, Harry's Lap timer, GoPro, Torque and a few other items up and running shortly.

 

Only gripe so far is the screen seems a little dim - will have a play and see if there's a way to get it brighter.

Worth also noting - they can do units now for BA/BF and territories - will update the title to reflect that.

 

Would be an absolutely brilliant way to bring a bit of life to the BA/BF console

My console is as basic as they come. A touch screen would certainly bring some new car feel back to the interior.

Got most installed now - am stuck trying to get the OBDII dongle to pair (OBDLink MX Bluetooth)

Pairs fine with the phone, but the car can't see it :(

 

Also - Netflix app isn't available for the unit :( Will have to use the browser.

Dude you buy $60 steaks for dinner, you don't need any justification to waste money on your car
