Forum Off Topic Flavour

I'm happy to keep things the way they are.

 

we can lock "off topic" viewing from public eyes, but that can significantly reduce advertisement revenue.

All good - am open to warnings when it starts going too far though.

 

As I said - have had zero reports, concerns or complaints 

 

Was after community thoughts on the way the "flavour" was heading.

 

Will still stamp out any harassment etc, but wanted to make sure it's a direction the regulars haven't got an issue with.

When asked for opinions then posts deleted when they’re given seems pointless and like a dictatorship especially when there was no malicious intent just pointing out an opinion. 

Either way... zero farms given but it’s a bit of a shame if that’s the way it’s going to be nowadays. Considering this thread promoted free posting as long as no offence was taken.

this isn't REALLY about the swear filter, but I reckon get rid of it completely, except for the funny ones... but that's just my opinion and it hasn't been well received by the "powers that be" in the past.

I don't need to state it, but much info for us ford freaks

as far as censorship is concerned (in reality, that's what this thread is about)  as hard as it may seem, discretion is needed by the mods (Keith & Rab) as to what is acceptable and what should be curtailed 

If the " off topic" thread  needs to be hidden from public view, then make it so
