Chrome Mouldings - Polish/Repair

Hey Guys,

 

I just picked up a MK2 G6ET in pretty good knick but want to fix a few things...

 

My Chrome door mouldings are cloudy, how can I go about repairing these with some sort of polish?

 

I tried using purple stuff on it with a micro fiber but had no luck.

 

Any suggestions or anything work for anyone?

ive seen some use that bowdens paint cleanse and restore product as it has no cut in it.
