When I turn on the car it shows the Kayhan logo followed by the android logo then after that black screen. I mean the unit is on but just black screen and occasionally it will work but most of the time it doesn’t. Does anyone else have this same issue with there Kayhan unit or even if anyone can share some light if it’s the wiring or something else. Thanks!

Sometimes cars do weird things when the battery is on the way out. It was a long time ago now, but I had an AU that would crank over fine (so you would think that means the battery is fine), but had an issue (I can not remember exactly what the issue was any more - maybe error lights on the dash) that was solved when the battery was changed. I can not explain why, but the new battery was the solution. If the wiring has not changed, it seems unlikely to be the wiring, but you could try taking the unit out and powering it directly from the battery to test if it works then, to rule out the wiring.

Modern head units like a Kayhan Audio head unit can behave oddly when voltage dips, even if the car still cranks normally. A weak battery or unstable supply can definitely cause strange resets, module dropouts, or feature failures without obvious warning. Testing it directly from the battery is a good isolation step. If it behaves normally when hard-wired, you’ve effectively ruled out both the unit itself and software issues, and you’re left with supply wiring, grounding, or voltage stability under load.
