I have a 2012 g6e turbo with the factory headlights ,I tried the led dip globes but was not happy with the result so I fitted exellite 55 watt h7 globes ,better light ,I noticed the lenses in the centre of the high beams looked a bit "Cloudy and the high beam is not the best, Question ,can I take the globes out and get a cleaning cloth in there and clean the lenses.

the other issue is the headlight adjuster on the left-hand side does not work, is there a fix rather than replacing the whole headlight .

If I do decide to replace the headlight units, is there a preferred one to buy I want to have the best light available as I live in the country and do long hard trips, and quite often at night all replies will be greatly received

You can clean the globes as long as you wipe any residual cleaner off with a clean non-residual-leaving cloth and let it dry completely before putting them back in.

For the adjuster on the left-hand-side, it depends what's wrong with it whether you need to replace the whole headlight or not...

If you want aftermarket replacement headlights are totally fine. Just have a search around for replacements.
