It's not a massive task, no... But I'm happy with 10min and had no problems with it when I had the restriction :spoton:

Should we do a vote, democracy style?

Or you could just do it because I've asked and it's for a decent reason.....

Lol which decent reason? If I changed everything people asked for...

30min is too long, IMHO. Only Phil spends that long making posts and he never has to edit his posts haha

Keith - 10mins

MA and PA - 30mins.

Obvious solution would be split the difference and call it 20mins.

Most action in this thread for awhile and it's boring forum stuff from non VICs. Way to go Victoria!

The only thing that ever gets asked for is so that the forum actually works

I've not seen much requesting for unrealistic actions that you then "feel" you have to do

you want to do something silly go give me back the 1000 odd posts on my post count that went walkabouts when the upgrade happened ..... Now that's something worth denying :nyaah:

have a look here to see what people have asked for and what has been changed ->

http://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/91652-forum-upgrade-issues/

As part of the original faulty upgrade (of which I was no part of), every member's posts were re-calculated based on the ACTUAL "active content" figures. So if you've had a bunch of deleted posts then those were not counted in the re-count. This "process" was just part of the standard upgrade from v3 to v4 of the forum content so that the post/topic/forum search indexing would be far more robust (and it is, you'll notice, if you've done any searching since the upgrade).

Seriously... open a new thread and poll in the donating members section and we'll do a democratic vote. No other way is fair, imho.
