I did say jk guys lol I agree though...the only stripes that are ok are the GT stripes...but only on a GT

My car may be blasphemous one day...if I ever do the f6 bodykit and v8 buldge hahaha

Neigh....lime green and nitro would be weird :P

On a side note...does anyone know whether the colour coded part of the door mirrors come off the mirrors, without removing the whole mirrors? I'm thinking of wrapping them in gloss black (and some other parts too)...but just want to know if the colour part can come off of the mirrors whilst still being on the car?

Mirrors...

Here's a link to removing mirrors.

I could be up for a ride if you guys are keen, I'm child free this weekend and my house mate would be keen too. Across the hills maybe or, jarrahdale, serpentine, canning mills and canning dam, maundering road?

The R1 has only been commuting lately :(

I fear the day I am beset by leccy gremlins. SO far the worst has been bad battery connections! And LED replacements going on the fritz.

Yeah its pretty frustrating. When I turn my fog lights on they just flicker on a off none stop. My Driver side quarter panel indicator light just stay illuminated now, It still blinks when I indicate which is good but other wise it just stays on aaaaaand my thermo fans decided to stop working. There getting power but before I go and buy new thermo fans I just wanted someone who knows what there doing to go over it all. Just seems odd my fans stop working as my fog lights and indicator starts playing up.

Has something damaged the wiring in your engine bay? Sounds like there may be a short between fog light/indicator light

Not an auto sparkie dunno about thermo fans or even where their wiring comes from possibly their power feed was damaged too? Water or corrosion in the fuse/relay box?

No but, the engine bay has seen plenty of water.

Does the indicator and fog light problem go away when the fans are disconnected

I have recently washed around my timing cover. I didn't go nuts, Just focused on the oil from the power steering leak. Water would of splashed around the fuse box though. I cant imagine too much though.

The fans weren't in the car during the wash either.
