I know there is a section for this in the driveline area, but I rather not start another thread.

I have also used the search function and could not find the answer I was looking for.

I have planned maintenance to be done on Thursday and will be looking at my brakes.

However before I do that, one of the things that I have been wanting to do for a while is get the diff oil changed.

I had a look at the manual and they recommend the Castrol Syntax with an additive (friction modifier).

I already have the tom thumb pump at home ready for this to be done.

car has just hit 51000km and has to have it done now.

What do you guys use? Penrite Sin Gear oil 80w-140? if so do you add in the additive?

Nulon 80w-140 Full syn?

I have a Covs Fast right in front of the office where I am at today and was thinking of picking some stuff up from there.

Thanks Arron.

Tim, I know you are lurking in the background somewhere. Are you gonna post up your results or what?

Not her best angle!

Make sure you measure the diff fill plug Marco. Unless you already know the size of yours, I think they vary from 30 to 32mm but memory is hazy.
