It's definitely quicker without it

Just wondered if it was standard procedure by tuners to delete it

It's there to save the box and probably drive line. If your car can cope when it's been tuned out then go for it! B series never had it but there must be a reason they spent the money to put it in the FGs tune.

Can anyone tell me what size hex bit I need to open the fill plug on fg turbo diff? went to do it today but only had up to 10 mm. Cheers

So just to close out my headlight issue.

Called Ford and said my headlights dont work, if its a switch, its covered under extended warranty.

They said yeah, but its possibly just blown globes.

I said I thought it unlikely theyd both go simultaneously but they said it does happen,probably a surge from when the first one goes.

I went and checked and hey, what do I know!

Because both H7's were blown.

New globes in, will buy one spare in case it happens again.

I dont think its my trailer but you never know.

Phil, you need to chuck a multimeter at it and see what the voltage is like under load

Marcoooooo I'm sure you told me what size the fill plug is before but I can't remember where and can't find your build thread
