My dodgy bonnet may be caused by gas I've been asked to take it back to the hospital to have a hole drilled in it to see if the gas goes away

Sweet now I will have speed holes in the bonnet as well I'm going to get a factory steel bonnet fitted now cos I've spat the dummy. I have spoken to the supplier of the fibreglass bonnet (not AWC) and I'll be sending photos to him, if he's not happy he will send over another bonnet, in which case I might have a spare (well I will have one anyway!!). The supplier says this is rare but has happened before.......he also does refunds, unlike the spoiler shop.

It surprises me that people still pay inflated service prices for their scheduled servicings... I just got quoted $225 for a 75000km service as their standard price, then I told him I will be supplying the oil and filter, to which he said knock about $80 off it straight away

Do yourselves a favour folks! Check out Centre Ford in Northbridge for your next service. And be sure to follow the rules of combat... tell them no further work to be carried out without approval first... then anything they do that you didnt want done, they cant charge you for!

Not much progess really!!! I cant believe they want to put speed holes in there!! Classic! Oh well, I just hope that I can have a new bonnet sent over, that way I'll have it painted to suit someone else and they can have it real cheap. Otherwise I'll put my foot down.

The guys from AWC have been brilliant in giving me advice, and are providing damn good service and help for a problem that they have nothing at all to do with!!! I should have gone through them and would recommend them to anyone.
