Kice, I'd be back in there in a flash, straight to the manager and tell him the story. If it was working ok before hand and now it's rooted, they have to pay.

X2, when I leave my car with my mechanic, he can do whatever he likes to it but when I leave it with Ford for warranty work I always take a pic of the km's etc. I used to work in Wangara and I often saw the guys from a nearby Expensive Daewoo Dealership "test driving" customer cars. Now I understand its important for a mechanic to drive it (check for brakes, clutch etc etc) but theres a line in the sand and im peggin its often crossed....

Just go in there and make sure they dont play games. Why should you loose your money after their mistake

Fark man so they did break something, the pricks. Definitely straight away go in there explaining the whole thing. Don't get too agressive with them, but if they deny it all then yeah time to kick up a stink mate!

oh and I ended up getting a flat battary.. trying to diagnose sh*t, so I guess the amps f*cked as well that's the only explaination for huge current draw.... needed to call rac >.<
