ford blew my reference mb quarts during a fpv dash install.

dont know how doing a dash install has anything to do with changing settings on the factory head unit

I.e. volume @ 12

60hz on eq to near full

bass eq to +8db

this is very harmful as my system needs to run 20 volume and flat bass blas eq because the factory signal goes into a processor and then fed into amps.

so them cranking the settings on the headunit, and cranking the volume on the processor can be disastrious.

I can only assume, they saw my system and go oh lets see what this thing pumps out. cranked the settings on the headunit and figure oh why is it not doing anything, then cranked it on the processor(remote).

I guess it would be my word against theirs, unless the tech who did it admits to it(I highly doubt it)

so ontop of the 200$ for the install, the splits will cost me 800ish to replace makes this the most expensive fpv dash install in history.

f*ck that get straight back in there and get it sorted, sooner than later is ALWAYS better !!!!!!

Also a yellow Porche GT3 doing laps of King Edward Road over the last two days. Coming from Carbon Court so I guess sussing out suspension. Shame its frowned upon to have a sexual relationship with a car..... Exhaust note is unreal!

It's all silly things but they add up:

Excessive noise

Lots of speeding

Red lights

driving contrary to a work order

unlicensed vehicle

unlicensed driver

driving whilst under suspension

expired licence

dangerous driving

wreckless driving x 2

Did u get a Excessive noise fine for doing burnouts too??? I did a killa single pegger past the Armadale train station and two cops on bikes watching lol. 6 years ago that cost me $200 odd now it'd be like 2K!

Have you sussed out Just Cars? They covered me with a similiar record. 30 or so traffic infringments with one serious speeding fine and another when I was chopping a skyline at 2.8X the speed limit in the WRX! My excess was massive though. Like 4k or something

Such a relief hitting that 25 y/o driver mark with no issues in the last 5 years! Now I pay about $70ish a month. After my 6months of testosterone fueled problems I paid that a month! Sucks to learn the hard way though eh

Just cars want $4k+ for the premium & the excess isn't much lower either. Not paying that as I can't justify it for 3 or 4 yesr while I have the car. That's $12 - $16k

If I can't get insured for sub $2k I'll just hold off a little while & be happy driving my excel for a bit! Lmao
