Nice shifting Ben. I thought I shifted fast until I went for a drive with you. It's bloody crazy! Your shifts make mine feel like I was granny shifting.

Now after 2 weeks of revised shifting the CV broke  Gotta stop flat shifting in mine now as I think the diff is about to drop out.

You're right about manuals and drag racing though - auto's are probably best left to that.

When's the BF coming?

<{POST_SNAPBACK}>

I have to see how quick this thing can go on just injectors , cat/dump and actuator first.. I'm hoping 12.50's from around 300rwkw.. Anything under that will be a mammoth effort I think considering the mods others have got to get under 12.50 in a manual.

F6 sedan went 12.01 with over 400rwkw with a built Nizpro engine on MT's.

F6 sedan went 12.30 with built engine, 400rwkw and snapped cv's on MT's..

F6 sedan in QLD went 12.30 with over 360rwkw

F6_Tornado went 12.74 with 330rwkw on street tyres.

All big efforts when you see how hard they are to get off the line with some decent power, and that shift into 5th gear...

Like I said, 12.30 on a built engine, including cams and porting work on MT's..

Dont forget yours Ben

F6 sedan went 12.01 with over 400rwkw with a built Nizpro engine on MT's.

F6_Tornado went 12.74 with 330rwkw on street tyres.

F6 Ute 299 rwkw Xtreme Tune 12.85

F6 Ute 299 rwkw Wog Tune 12.80

F6 Ute 323 rwkw BPT Tune 13.11

SO now with your actuator and new found power you should be bale to crack right into the low 12's considering you where able to run 12.8's with alot less power and stock actuator.

Sorry, would yo u like me to quote you as saying you ran your previous 12.30 @ 120mph on you 370 rwkw tune? As YOU mentioned, you might break something if you ran it @ 400rwkw.

So did the port work, cams or tyres give you 4mph??

Pity the

Quote what you like... im sure your smart enough to know that mph is normally a sign of hp but hey what ever supports your case im sure you will use. I dont really care. All I know is that out of the entire country of F6's and maual T's not one has done 124 mph, Might not mean much in the war of quater mile times but it certainly backs up the "Happy" dyno I use.. ANd again atleast I went down with more power and ran more Mph. So Eddies happy dyno give MPH aswell.. or maybe the timers in the lane I raced where "happy" also... Who knows.

As for the "Cams" or the "Rip Shift" or the "Port work" who knows what one works the most, I did it for my own tests and my own R&D. Simon from Nizpro uses stock heads on his 1200 hp engines so I doubt its made much differance but I wanted to try it, the cams.. eh it idles nice I think they are worth a little... maybe its my rip shift ben that gave me the 4 mph(Wait no I had that when I went 120 and you used to always post the fact I had a rip shift then)..... I dont know you seem to know more then most why dont you enlighten us what you recon it was?

As for the comment about going down with 370 when I went 12.3@120 your right I did say I didnt want to go down with more incase I broke something... what a suprise I went down with more and broke something..... wow glad you reminded me of how right I was on that one.
