None the less we had: Entree- Pork Belly with cauliflower pure & scallops with a fresh salsa style topping My Main: Prawn and Dill ravioli with a burnt butter and crab meat sauce - too much dill... it was through the ravioli and also in the sauce which caused an overwhelming flavour which over shadowed the actual prawn and crab flavour. (Jet had a Schnitty which was over crumbed but still moist). Wine: Paxton Pino Gris- not a bad drop, quite smooth however wasn’t as nice as the False Cape I normally have which they no longer stock. 1

I preffer rare as I only really like fillets and maybe a porterhouse occasionally... j@ likes medium regardless of the cut usually.
