All thumbs here, but got sucked into the Ryobi stuff coz of all the gear you can use from the same batteries.

 

Nothing I ever do is going to be tool depenent to the point where it matters if the stuff is pro vs cheap.

 

I can mow lawns, drill holes, light up places, wash them down, chop trees, grind, cool down, rattle, buff, sand, etc as much as I want off the one colour of batteries from Bunnings

 

If I needed any of that in a serious way or depended on it I'd probably choose a different choice, but am wrapped paying less for stuff that has heaps of uses

Nothing wrong with Ryobi for home/light trade use..... there stuff has gotten heaps better

Depending how my tax return goes, looking to get a cordless impact wrench  

 

Some good deals on name-brand tools from Sydney Tools atm, here's a makita one for under $400

I use an ozito rattle gun and it does the job 99% of the time.

 

I'll swap over to Milwaukee when the time comes.

I have a few ozito tools that I literally will use once or twice for a job.

 

the only other tool I have left from my trade days is a makita impact driver and a bunch of hand tools.
