F*ck depression I not trying to be a smart arse but just more on the awareness thing, mental illness like bipolar, and mental health are 2 different things. Mental health is like day to day things where bipolar, schizophrenia, OCD and ADHD etc are a disease of the mind and bipolar especially has a very high suicide rate. Sorry for your loss.
