Hey all, not looking for sympathy, just want to share some news as more of an awareness thing.

Earlier this week I got news that a very close friend of mine's sister, who we (my mates) are close with overdosed and passed away - it was self inflected.
She was the most bubbly person, funny, and always keen to socialise. Her and her brother (my close friend) were basically inseparable, they always came out to gatherings and stuff together.

She'd recently been diagnosed with bipolar and also bells palsy. She was struggling with mental health and we never knew, until now. You look back and realise the little signs we missed, sometimes you can't help but wish you'd done something more to help.

Talk to your mates, and family, all the people close to you and ask if they're okay. Mental health is a c*nt of a thing and has taken another life way too early.

Seek help from your friends and family if you're not feeling okay, call Lifeline even.

There is ALWAYS someone willing to listen, and help you if you're struggling.

F*ck depression

I not trying to be a smart arse but just more on the awareness thing, mental illness like bipolar, and mental health are 2 different things. Mental health is like day to day things where bipolar, schizophrenia, OCD and ADHD etc are a disease of the mind and bipolar especially has a very high suicide rate. Sorry for your loss.

@adams355the point I was trying to get across is to just love and support your friends and family. Doesn't matter if it's an illness or not. Both suck, both can have terrible ends.

So turns out I'm not pulling the trans tomorrow due to inclement weather. Meh I'll do it one day.

I asked the missus if I could buy a water meth kit right now as they are on sale and she said go for it. I spose I can fit it to my honda until the territory is ready?!
