You can use a different tmap for hp tuners, you need to change the scaling and offset values in the tune to suit. You also need to adjust the axis on a few maps to take advantage of the extended range of the sensor. I wouldn't recommend getting that done unless the tuner has done it before and knows exactly what to do with it. As I said the stock tmap is good for 22.5psi so you aren't there yet and really you don't need to be unless you're going to run E85. Edited 11/01/24 08:05 AM by Puffwagon axis sentence

The surging problem started the same time it tripped into kinda limp mide and could only get 5 psi. It feels like youre on and off the gas a little bit when youre slowly cruising at a constant part throttle.

By the way I tested a GFB turbo fuse and can confirm it works great! At one point with it installed pre bov boost spiked to 21psi and dropped to 13 and stayed at 13 for that dyno run. Took us a minute to figure out it wasnt the boost bleed tap playing up. The turbo fuse activates at set pressure youve adjusted it to and shuts air off to bov hose and boost pushes bov open making a boost leak.
