Yeah, I grabbed his number and said I'd like to get some valuations done first and would then get in contact from there. Plan is to get a few done and see if the price he was talking is reasonable. If so then I'll probably buy it. Would make it pretty easy not having to move haha.

It might be cheaper where Matty is but I paid $1.66 for shell 98 2 days ago. 

E85 down the road was $1.27 yesterday.

It has been going between $1.30 to $1.45 mostly over here.

 

I did see a high the other week of $1.55.
