She was 100% fine, but the drivers side rear door got a bit of a touch up. The other driver has since contested the situation, so I'm curious to see what you guys reckon.Situation is pretty much exactly as this diagram shows, except in not sure if there was a median strip across the middle or not...:The missus was driving in the left hand lane of a dual carriageway, old mate was turning right from a side street. Old mate obviously saw a gap in the right hand lane and decided to pull out. Meanwhile the missus had changed lanes into the right lane because there was a parked car ahead in the left lane...after which old mate drives into the side of her.She insists that she was fully into the right hand lane before the collision. The front left of his car hit the drivers side rear door on her car. This was the minor damage to her car:What's the consensus of who would be ruled to be at fault here?
