KK - I leave the steam/origin/uplay etc clients open in the taskbar so they update in the background and ready to go whenever I fire them up.

Yeah me too. I must have the origins setting configured so it doesn't update automatically.

Edit: Yep the client update was enabled but game updates weren't. All fixed!

grr windows 10 updated and broke my media center AGAIN. its so lame that I can't just turn updates off entirely so it doesn't keep breaking the apps that I use!

I'd be fine with having a girl harass me to go to the gym. I go to the gym in the afternoon/evening, though, not in the morning, as fark the morning! :P

You can totally disable Win10 updates entirely, I have on mine after it killed my soundcard the morning of my housewarming party.  Just stop the Windows Update service and set it to disabled!  I think that's what I did anyway.  Article here says use local computer policy to do it but doesn't ring a bell:

Really showing my age yesterday.

Went to port adelaide skirmish and there was a massive poster/ billboard for

THE LAST ACTION HERO and it had the release date of 1992 on it. A few of us chuckled because remember whenit first came out, the other workmates were so young they were still on baby formula and slaughtering nappies.

We laughed ......

Morning keithy....:panda:
