I used to sleep 8 hours a night (many years ago now) and over a 2-3week period I forced it down to 6 hours a night and I've been much more productive ever since :) oh, and I have been staunch on not eating anything after 10-11pm. haha

What what what?!?!!? You mean eating 6 eggs, 3 mi gorengs, a rasher of bacon and a large cup of milk isn't a good midnight snack???

You guys and your sleep, I was still up at 5am and was awake for 48hrs straight to have 2hrs sleep

 

I function best on about ~4hrs sleep a night (if I can sleep)
