Been so flat out with work, uni and life that I've barely even had time to scratch myself, let alone keep up with the forum. I miss much? So, in an effort to regain some semblance of control over my life/health, I'm going to start going to the gym before work Mon, Wed and Fri mornings. GF and I had joined a gym together previously and tried going Tues and Thurs evenings... but I seriously CBF going after work - so decided I'm gonna do this for myself and what works for me. What I can't decide, though, is whether to join a gym near home or one near work. If I join one near work it means I can go in earlier and miss the traffic, but their closest gym to my house (if I wanted to go on the weekend or something) is double the distance than the one I would join if choosing the one near home. Both gyms cost the same.
