Yeah I never even tried to watch that sh*t from the get go. It seems like it just sucks without having to watch it.

You only need to do push ups, sit ups/crunches, pull ups and bw squats/lunges. Walk for 30 minutes a day.

Similar to what fluff said though, at home there's too much distraction - if I get to the gym I'll do things. And I guess my idea with the gym near work is that I have to go there anyway, so it's not overly out the way.

It's just a choice you make mate.

 

Being distracted or lazy has nothing to do with the commitment of getting fit or running a business from home.
