Went to my GP yesterday...he wasn't happy with my blood pressure 😔 He told me to buy a bike and ride to work...and I'm actually considering it. Would be about 14-15km each way, which will suck at the start, but I imagine it'd get easier with time. Would also take not much longer than it takes me to drive to work, so there's that. Plus there's cycle path a lot of the way, so wouldn't be too bad. Also means I wouldn't need to try and fit extra exercise into my day, since the exercise would be incorporated into my commute... So that's where I've gotten to thought wise. Discuss...
