SCT have shown their cards and nobody likes their bluff. The ONLY recourse you will have under consumer law is with CAPA.

CAPA are the importers and distributors of the product, they are responsible for it in Oz.

They are doing this to push sales for the X3, but how many people will actually jump in and buy it given what's happened? If history repeats itself, then in 5-ish years, after Xcal4/5/6, what's to say it won't happen again? why would you?

Sniper hasn't raped us. HP Tuners haven't bent us over. VCM haven't whispered 'it's ok, shhhh, it's ok' whilst f*cking us over the kitchen sink! Mainly due to the fact that they haven't had the opportunity as yet, but they've got it now, and I for one welcome them!

Someone in WA is selling them for $695. Its funny too, they started to push them on a few of the forums only 2 days ago. They got more then a few in stock too. Hmmmm....
