agreed superdan... however, if you approach this in a manner that the department of fair trrading wants you to approach it, the tuner/supplier of the box is your first point of action.... if you dont approach it as they reccomend, then even they wll not help you out (department of fair trading).

so there is no option really.... am sure the seller of the box understands that it is the unfortunately the first step of action if it should come to that

guys I dont think you need to hit the panic button just yet I have sent emails as a tuner and got some sort of answer I would think it would cost you a little extra to get your car tuned I would say the tuners will have to buy burns direct through sct.

I was told we would have an answer today with the solution
