This is what poeple usually think, however that is not always correct, you will notice long shifters on many race cars, the reason is the closer it is to your steering wheel the quicker you will shift, it does have a shifter kit as well so the actuall motion is short and precise.

ohh I always thought a short shifter would help because there is minimal movement.. thanks for clearing that

we looking at a fully forged motor? or sticking with the f6 bottom end?

It is fully forged *Beep*, however it is also 4 years old but well taken care of.

This is a serious car guys, note Spiko's old drag time of 10.44@~135mph. Definately a good contender for this benchmark.

It will be Willowbank, aiming for next Wednesday however I will initially run it on street Tyres, will keep you posted!

good luck mate I gave it a good crack with an 11.34@135 but I couldn't get enough traction in the lower gears but im switching to an auto now to see if I can match my mph.
