I bought that unit off him round the same time as the announcment of Xcal 1 going offline. Had to fight him through pay pal to get a refund. He knows the unit is worth nothing. It helped my cause that in his original ad he said the thing had never been used.

Most likely due to the veiled threats contained within the post.He did not like me saying simple stuff like if the box can be had for $350 cost, why can't I buy one at $400, I'll take some of that action selling them for a lot more.The info on cost price was in the thread from another source, gave me a right shock. He rang me twice at 10pm (harassment?), had to put my phone on silent, and now he is going to track me down and take legal action. That's excellent, we need legal action on this matter.The story on that box being sold for $350 is a tuning shop told someone they could tune his car with the Xcal1 even though they knew they couldn't and tried to sting him for $795 when the time came to do it. This was not met with a happy response and after much too-ing and fro-ing with the distributor it was agreed he could have a box at cost. $350.I am hoping to get some good advice on Monday, if there are some costs involved is anybody interested/willing in helping out?
