The risk of salmonella poisoning only comes from the shell and is an issue if the cracked/opened eggs are left sitting at room temp uncooked before being consumed...talking hours though.

So as long as they are clean (not fresh out of a chook's arse and unwashed) you've got nothing to worry about.

eggs are stored on the shelf at supermarkets.

so your fine if they are in the fridge and then taken straight from there and consumed

just read this thread then, awesome replies and knowledge. I was in the gym game last year with a mate but after he had tafe exams study etc n couldnt go the nights I could, I also had no licence so couldnt make it to the gym..it all fell in the arse. after about 2months of no go and still direct debit I pulled the pin on the gym. my mate is a wog and was all zyzz head orientated, to the point hes doing his "routine" at the gym. that and not knowing the proper way of doing the excercises etc put me off, I knew it wasnt going to work if I didnt do them right. and that was the last thing I wanted to do after breaking my wrist april last year, doing wrong techniques and potentially doing something harmful. still got powders on the shelf and shakers in the kitchen but until I get my licence back I wont be near a gym. n plus theyre a money pit unless your going more than twice a wk lol.

got new runners a few wks ago and thinking of starting up running soon and boxfit which is alot closer to me than the gym. did some boxercise (as the bloke called it) down on holidays on a sweltering day..great workout. nearly passed out at the end due to the heat though lol. so ill more likely go check out how much this boxfit is as they call it down here, how much, what times and nights etc and probably stick with that and running.

my mate who gyms every morning before work has mesamorph pazz lol..by the time hes halfway; about 10-15mines drive hes itchy as f*ck, pumped as a mother fker for the gym lmao. he said hes tried 1mr and he threw up..doing bench and he burped only just made it to the toilets hahahaha. sh*ts intense..all of them taste weird as fk. I cant stomach them or protein powder drinks. gag it tastes that bad lol.

definitely keen on doing tough mudder at philip island in a couple months with some mates who are keen. would be a real good test. any of you fellas heard/going to it??

+subbed!
