Slightly off topic, but I found the Smith press awesome for me. I didnt have a workout partner back in the day.......

Never as good as free weights of course, they are preferable in most situations, but an underrated tool if used sparingly in my (humble in this instance) opinion!

edit: a guy at work just sold his smith machine, brand new top of the range, used a dozen times for $500, prik didnt even tell me.

Egg yolks are 35% of the whole egg.. And 17% of the yolk is fat.. Really they aren't that bad for ya unless you're going for 6-8% body fat..
