Plus on the bike I go pretty hard and yea calf raises I do, lunges etc.. but I don't classify that as doing weights cause I don't use weights, 130+kg body weight is plenty after a few sets, don't have the equipment to do leg presses.. In fact my legs have developed more than the rest of the body...

If I had my time again it would have been sparky or diesel fitter.
