belake Legacy Donating Member 6 Member For: 16y 4m 7d Gender: Male Location: Melbourne Posted 18/07/12 03:33 PM Posted 18/07/12 03:33 PM fark finally finished installing the pw stg2 kit.. *beep* of a job.. took 4 hours including the flat drill and the use of a hack saw as I dont have a grinder.. pipes didnt really line up properly and had to really force them to the point were the silicone had a big bulge in it..looks good though apart from scratching 98% of the black paint off the piping,, and cant road test as I cbf moving another car to get out of the garage..ps. FF love little boysThe kit looks good in all black. I recently bought the same kit second hand a couple of weeks back. I did a quick test fitting of the piping in the bay and noticed the pipe from the outlet of the cooler going up towards the x-over gets verrrrrrry close to the drive belt. It was close enough on the last install that it left marks on the piping.. How close was yours? Any chance of some photos of the piping that runs vertical to near the front of the engine? It would be very much appreciated!
