Changed my oil. Am trying the Penrite Racing 15. The Nulon 10w40 really went off quickly this time around. Had dyno time and a big run last weekend but discoloured after like 2500k. Anyhoo, see how this stuff goes. Track day on Father's Day so wanted some new oil in.

^^^ yes will be interesting to see how this stuff goes. It never burnt a drop of the Nulon but I was really surprised how quickly it went dirty this time. Still bronze looking but had definitely started to go off after only 2800klm. I used to get my 5k in without it looking too bad. Admittedly, its had a tune with the new turbo running 50 more rwkw and big run last weekend. I am fussy as fk though :)

Bomber, read the specs on the penrite racing series of oils carefully.

It won't last as long as regular Street spec oil

I would think oil changing colour fast, without smelling burnt obviously is a good thing, it's doing it's job of trapping the by products of engine combustion

Yeh that's what my mechanic told me... Means the detergents and sh*t are working and not a good way to judge oil quality
