For those who are interested in staying on P100 just take 11.75% of your fuel to fill the tank and put that much E85 in, then fill 88.25% (the remainder) with 98 It'll be pretty much smack on the correct mix for P100

That's close enough. As there is only 850ml of ethanol per litre of E85

and if you get 107 blend E85 then it has 15% 98 octane so mixing it with 98 octane is even easier than it used to be.

Exactly. 91 is replaced with 98 - voila! octane rise!.

you want me to create a table... lol excel will do that for you in about 2 minutes - just plug in my values I quoted earlier.

what increments would you like the table to be in? there's no point going halves. Figure out to around a litre on what you have remaining in the tank (for some FGs this is even easier due to having a "fuel used" figure in the trip computer).
