if you're changing the cat flow characteristics, then definitely get a tune along with the new exhaust section.

Happy to say after replacement it kicked over first go from a cold start to a nice steady idle. Is now running much smoother than before.

Scrap that - no go with the manifold gasket

Ran fine for couple of days and have the cold start idle issue back - not every cold start though.

Replaced throttle body this afternoon - let the car sit for a while. Fired it up - same issue.
FARK!!

Days are counting down buddy, so get your old arse back under that car and get the Puffwagon back on the road.

:mosking::P

Well the plan tomorrow is to make sure the abs ring on the new axle and the sensor are playing nice.

I'll remove the tailshaft and take it somewhere to get the bearing replaced.

I'll be rearranging my shed so I can get the car in there. The floor is smooth and obviously I'll have protection from the weather.

From there the subframe will come out maybe a day or 2 after so I can see wtf is going on with it.

I'll be back in a day or 2 to complain about it some more.

This might have something to do with the dash lighting up aye?!

There is oil dripping out from the coils and the coil cover gasket is rooted. A couple of the coils were nearly a cm off the plugs.
