It wakes you tf up when you're lifting a heavy arse weight. I've never tried it and it's just as cheap to make a kg as it is to buy a few bottles of premade stuff.

I'm mixing it with sodium carbonate and a tiny amount of water then having a sniff of the gas that is produced.
