Yeah where did he mount it? left or right of boot?

I'll need to get a new battery if I relocate it to the boot

Ah yep has a bit of a groove in the box, I assume that's where it slotted in against the roof of the boot

Here's a idea bloke

Back left corner and bolted the tray to the floor followed by battery to the tray. She now has a much stronger hold down that doesn't flex one bit.I just used the factory amp location for an earth and ran another earth from battery to engine block and then to body again creating an earth circuit so to speak, didn't loose a volt anywhere.I used an old mouse pad under the battery to keep it extra still, battery on plastic coated tray doesn't work well imo,I have the exact tray on mine.

I was going to mount under boot roof but couldn't get to the bolt from underneath to hold tray down nice and firm,no way was I going to use some tek screws....maybe I missed a way to get to the other end of bolt?

Pic's of cable exit holes and routing under the car?

earth runs down left hand side of car inside cabin(like an amp cable)and the power is run down the drivers side of the car.All cables are protected by convaluted tubing and fully wrapped in electrical tape twice(like factory looms). Both wires come out of the factory large grommet hole in drivers foot well, this was carefully trimmed and still sits in place as per factory.I also run an isolator switch in the engine bay.

I'm not a fan of running power cables under the vehicle body so this was the best way,I have had the interior out on the weekend and all wires are still sitting where they were and haven't come into contact/rubbing with anything.
