Nah not saying you shouldn't have one. Just funny how we always make our own tools during desperate times.

Haha, this is so true. Best one I did was use the battery from my multimeter to track down a pair of wires.

Haha so there's a few comms guys on here! I've used screwdrivers, creditcards, touchdown tools!

A good prone tool is invaluable but.

I used my tounge on some jumper wire once to find a line, was too lazy to walk across campus to car to get arse phone or meter. Lucky it was only a 20 pair frame :)

Haha, that's legendary, even if your immune system manages to fight it off.

Bah, it was only ringer voltage.

Truth be told I licked my fingers and held bare jumper wire until I 'thought' I copped a small belt, tounge test confirmed hahaha. The sh*t you do when young.

I always want to kill blokes who misuse my terminal screwdrivers. Clearing holesaws of sh*t and using them as punchdown tools are hate one and two.

*beep* always snap them and chuck back into my toolbag without telling me.

Haha I've confirmed live 240 and 480 circuits with 2 fingers. Same hand of course. 24 Dc is not fun on your tongue though.

post-42877-0-74669000-1349162405_thumb.j Like I promised, my armless maniquinn and my Bird. So birds name is Bridgette and maniquinn is Bardot. So named after the actress Bridgette Bardot. Don't worry about the small cage as it's open all day and she comes out and sits on top of it, but in the process of building a big one. her wings are clipped so cannot fly away.
