Advice needed. Local mechanic has replaced the air con compressor in the misses mazda a few months back$500. 1 month later no gas left, Goes back and is checked for leaks then regased $80.

Went back again this morning as the air con wasn't cold and they said they have found and "fixed" a leak and have charged me $80. Was rather pissed when she told me I was being charged. I havnt paid yet and I pick the car up Monday.

Fair call that I can tell them to get f*cked and ask for my car back? Seems pretty ridiculous to me or na?

Mother farkers! Someone hacked my PayPal account! Got an email from PayPal advising that I'd changed my shipping address...wait a minute, I no I didn't. Then started getting emails through saying I'd made some $30USD transaction...3 of them in fact. Fark, changed all my passwords and shiz and reported the transactions...what a lame start to the day.

I'd be counting myself lucky Stripes, it could have been a lot worse.

You need to back track and see how they did it and if it was a former purchase that ripped you off.

The reason I'm interested is I use PayPal a lot and thought it was pretty secure.

Did they buy things using a CC on file or do you have credit in your account?

It was bank account linked to my PayPal account. What's the go with that? Does that mean they'd know my bank account details now?

Ring the bank NOW and let them know that you have told pp about the theft (you have told them, havent you?).

Tell pp what the delivery address was changed too.
