As I said I dont mind but make sure its back to what it was and everything will be sweet.

I just rang a local mob for a quote on temporary fencing. Its on standby until I speak to the owners. If they give me attitude fence goes up tomorrow.

In a perfect world.. They would ask,.. but alot of people believe it's easier to get forgiveness than permission... (Exceptionally hard if you need to do a title search to find out who owns a block of lane)..

To play devils advocate.. Yeah they f*cked up.. But if they need access up your currently undeveloped block and they phone and ask give it to them.. The last thing you want is a cunty neighbour on your back fence with the ability to drain a pool through your yard..

Yeah all it takes is a phone call not hard. Yes I have no problem with them using my block as access im not a kunt but ASK first

Now I will make sure that my block returns back to normal as they found it before they started the work.
