So I tried my best to be poltically correct while explaining the problem with the assumption that the water will travel from point A to B to C to D to A..He said 'Oh you don't understand when it builds up deep enough to will get back to point A'So I pointed out that when it gets deep enough to get back to point A the entire nearby town is moving into boats.. 4
