Normally the absentee line is shorter and actually more convenient [emoji23] There was just one big long snaking line until you got into the building...only then could you see the absentee line. Plus I thought I might still have been in that electorate, so only found out I wasn't once I got to the front of the line.

So I left, picked up the replacement SSD, did my food shopping, came back home and ended up walking down at 3PM to vote, with about 4 other people. Then I got an ice-cream on the way back, so win-win there. 1
