Really over this whole not being able to sleep thing, blergh. Went to bed at around 10ish last night and didn't fall asleep until just before 1. Previously I would have just dropped a Stilnox, but I'm trying to not get addicted to them or to the point where that's the only way I can sleep...coz that'd be even worse! Surely this is taking years off my life :ermm:

Chucked in new front sway bar mount bushes and links last night. Looking forward to the road test on the way to work. But just remembered I have a very full container of soup I need to take without spilling...

Ordered a years worth of components for a large replacement program back in Feb. Was promised 12wks lead. aprox 5% of the order has been recieved. Have been hasling the Vendor everyday for ETA's as another company is waiting for this info to kick off the program.

Get emailed late friday "please find attached ETA's".....no attachement. Reply informing them of that. Get another reply an hours later with ETA's for 10 of the 70+ orders. ETA's are arrival in Sydney. Really helpful considering the works happening in the northwest of WA.

Plus we are locked into using this company as a preffered supplier till the end of this year.

Unfortunatly not my position to do that. I've put it out there that we need to look at alternate sources of supply but have recieved very strong push back.

If I was a cynical man I'd suggest somebody internal is getting a piece of the action.....and Im not talking about a cock punch to cervix.

Gotta love procurement in mining hey Luke. You get stuck using a crappy supplier and trying to purchase something if it's not from someone on the suppliers list is like pulling teeth!
